Cooper Crouse-Hinds Champ® LED luminaire series meets IECEx, ATEX and cUL certifications

Cooper Crouse-Hinds, a leader in electrical and instrumentation products that enhance safety and productivity in harsh and hazardous industrial environments and demanding commercial applications worldwide, is pleased to announce that its Champ® VMV LED luminiare series is now available with IECEx, ATEX, UL and cUL certifications. The Champ VMV LED series provides the same durability and reliability of a traditional Champ luminaire, combined with the improved energy efficiency and long life of LED technology.
Specifically, the Champ NVMV LED series now meets the following IECEx and ATEX certifications, including:
- Zone 2 (gas)
- Ex II 3 G Ex nA II (T4 at 55ºC)
- Ex II 3 G Ex nA II (T5 at 40ºC)
- Wet location, IP66
- Type of protection: nA
- IECEx UL10.0008
- DEMK10 ATEX 0915702 (gas)
